Return & Refund Policy
At HydroSonic™, we stand behind the quality of our professional cleaning equipment. Because we offer specialized hygiene products, our return policy is designed to protect both our customers and our brand.
30-Day Return Window You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all protective seals intact.
Damages and Issues (Defective Products) Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hydrosonic.usa@gmail.com with a photo or video of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Exclusions / Non-returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have already been used with water or cleaning solutions. We also do not accept returns for "change of mind" after the product has been shipped.
Return Shipping To initiate a return, you must contact us first. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
