At HydroSonic™, we strive to get your professional cleaning equipment to you as quickly as possible. To ensure the highest quality, every unit undergoes a strict inspection before leaving our warehouse.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times:

• United States: 7-12 business days.

• International: 10-20 business days.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Customs & Taxes: HydroSonic™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
